Randy is the founder and CEO of Minnesota-based Extreme Sandbox, a heavy equipment adventure company that lets people play on real heavy equipment. Recognizing a dire need for skilled construction laborers, Randy founded Heavy Metal Learning, an educational and training company for those interested in a career in the construction industry. He is also co-owner of The Quarry Taphouse, a restaurant in Hastings, Minnesota with quality American food, a variety of rotating taps, and a first-of-its kind rock range.

Before he founded Extreme Sandbox, Randy worked his way up in retail to become an executive consultant at Target Corporation. Here he taught leadership, personal development, and the importance of consistent brand standards.  

Over the last 12 years, Randy has built multiple successful businesses. He has a vast knowledge of experiential entertainment, influencer marketing, and industry connections.
